Edit: thanks for responding though as I said in my original review coming in off peak hours is a luxury I dont - and many other full time working parents don’t have. And I’ll be looking eagerly to see the more spray bottles and cleaning wipes stocked up!

This place is incredibly busy - to a ridiculous level. Weekends are great but good luck coming in on a weekday between 3-10pm and some us dont have the luxury of ‘choosing to come in off peak times’ Full of teenagers who hog the machines in huge groups and tag each other out across multiple machines and tough for everyone else - ‘saving machines’ and no gym etiquette whatsoever. Its been worth it though because they have such a great selection of machines and its always been clean. Last month or so its been like the mystery of the disappearing spray bottle and good luck if you can find a wipe or bottle of cleaning solution to clean down your machine after using it then the automated messages reminding you to clean your machine after use keep playing is a bit of laugh considering. Is it BYO cleaner now? Today both leg extension machines broken. With the amount of members you have surely its in the budget to have the machines fixed promptly and a spray bottle at least on every...

NONE OF THE MACHINES ARE WELL OILED. The machines randomly get more hard because it isn't oiled.It's a good gym for people who don't care about getting muscle.at the age of 15 I've maxed out leg extension and leg curl and almost every leg exercises.the machines here don't go heavy enough and it's all switch loaded so you can't add a gym pin or anything to increase weight.a big gym you would expect a lot of machines but no they only have really 2 of certain machines and only 1 of really good ones. Machines are not oiled well so it gets a lot of friction making it difficult at random points. Some machines get more difficult at the top than the bottom making the resistance profile not ideal at all like the chest press and shoulders press.its difficult to progress in because the switch plate machines only go up in 5 kg increments and the plate loaded ones go up 1.25 kg a arm which is better but still not as good as if they would have had a 0.25 or 0.5 kg plate like some gyms have. It is good for older people who like to to gym classes but if you are into building muscles as efficiently as possible it might...

I would like to sincerely appreciate the young gentleman who was on duty on 27/08 around 7 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I felt it was important to acknowledge his kindness and professionalism.

Following an earlier situation at the gym that left me feeling unsettled, he took the time to check in on me, asking if I was okay and doing well. His genuine concern and thoughtful approach truly stood out, especially considering he was the only staff member who responded with such care when the matter was initially raised.

Not only was his response exceptional in that moment, but I’ve also heard similar positive feedback from other gym members. It’s clear he consistently carries himself with respect, kindness, and professionalism—a real gentleman.
