Have been numerous times for nails and eyebrows. This visit will be my last - as I left almost in tears after being treated terribly. I will be ensuring I tell everyone not to give them their business, as they will shame you and say things like what you want done won't look nice (actually turned out fine so why make your customers feel so bad?). I had 3 different ladies work on me throughout a basic manicure, the one kept going between 2 of us with tools which was unsanitary. I also was not told they would charge me more until after the service, they aren't transparent with costs. I received a bad quality manicure, with paint all over my fingers and hands. I had to ask before they cleaned it off! Really disappointing as previous ladies were wonderful. Shame their good staff have left. I must have bad luck with nail salons. Booked in for nail lacquer manicure and full gel pedicure. Manicure was okay. Pedicure not the best experience. They made me sit on a chair which was comfortable but then had to bend my leg/foot in a really awkward and uncomfortable position. The staff that tended to me was not wearing appropriate clothing for the job; she wore a skirt that had a side split and so this would expose her leg/thigh whenever she was trying to position herself comfortably to work on my toes. Very unprofessional and culturally inappropriate. People mention “first class”, well she had to turn the foot stool sideways when she realised I was getting really uncomfortable and then brings a nail dryer which wasn’t working properly and then places an object on the wire so that it wouldn’t turn off lol. Oh my gosh. I am so so pleased with the SNS nails I had done today. My nails which I had spent so much money on and first time in 50 years I actually grew my nails and was so pleased. Other places I went to did such a rush job getting you in and out quickly. didnt take the time and care. My nails were not good and had broken with being advised to put gel on them. Beauty Instinct you guys are first class . You have managed to get my nails back to what they should have been like. I will not ever go back into any malls to get my nails done.
