I would like to compliment Joseph on his outstanding Customer service. Only thing that let this business down, is the new management need to take their medication before they get to work. Some dude with an accent was very belittling in the way of how Joseph was cleaning shelves. I have dealt with Joseph on various occasions, he is top level service. His colleagues need to take lessons from him. It was a sad sight before the whole COVID19 when Joseph went to shake his bosses hand, think stan his name was, and totally brushed his worker off , racism in my eyes. Apparently when I came in on the 22March, their was 2 ladies behind the counter, and not 1 person served me. until Joseph saw me and Stephen helped me. Today I needed to purchase a small quantity of 25/7 scoria. I was charged $16.20 for a 20kg bag. That seemed excessive. When I got home I checked what I should have paid: Auckland Landscape Supplies in St John’s have the same product for $9.20. Citi Landscape Supplies: $10.00. NZLS in East Tamaki used to be great. Have visited the East Tamaki branch a couple of times now. Not a pleasant experience on both occasions. Tried to get information on a some of their products, told they don't have them even though I had just walked past 6 pallets of the stuff in the yard !
