Worst customer service ever. They are not polite towards the customer.

I had ordered one foot long Three Pepper Chicken with all veggies without pickles for my friend, and one-foot long pork rib-let with all veggies +jalapeno +pickles for myself.

The lady who was serving me forgot to put pickle and Jalapeno for my sub, I so reminded her that you forgot to put jalapeno and pickles for my sub, suddenly store manager interrupt and started arguing with me saying that I was confusing the lady. After a short argument, he asked me, where are you from? Then he started justifying his point for interrupting.

It was terrible customer service, I have ever experienced. The store manager is nor polite, nor helpful. I said I won't be coming to this subway outlet any more, he coolly said we have enough customer base - I don't care whether you return or not. I never expected it from a reputable franchise as a subway.

Please, try to change your attitude towards customers. They are not getting any freebie from you guys, they pay for what they buy and they have all the rights to make any changes with...

If I could I’d give zero stars. First of all very rudely served and both the ladies have expression less faces, no smiles at all, no greetings. Asked for coffee said they had no milk like seriously no milk at all I can believe that they would’ve run out of normal milk but what about almond, soy or oat milk even. When asked if any she very rudely says no milk with a high tone which I did not appreciate. No salt and pepper on the sub and didn’t even ask me which bread. No change of gloves either. These girls either need to learn how to serve a customer or not serve them at all. It’s like they hate people and I see that I’m not the only one with this complaint on here.
