Read moreSea Link is our favourite ferry company from Half Moon Bay Ferry Terminal to Waiheke Island Kennedy Point Ferry Terminal.
We usually park our car near Half Moon Bay Ferry Terminal where there are plenty of parking space. The price of one-way ferry ticket is NZD27 for adults. Return ticket to Half Moon Bay costs NZD28. If you are students, you will have a discounted price. If you are SuperGold Card holders, you can apply for Auckland Transport Gold Cards. All AT Gold card holders enjoy free ferry ride after 9am every day.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I usually have chats with them on the ferry.
There are not many people taking ferry to Waiheke Island from Mondays to Thursdays so you are advised to take a ferry to the beautiful island except Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
We highly recommend you to take your car with you for a long weekend trip as it costs only NZD400 for trips to Waiheke Island and back to...

My recommendations. Improve the website. Provide a Q code on the email confirmation and scan people onto the ferry. Forget printing tickets. Tourists don’t have printers. Improve the signage at the terminal. ...
