I highly recommend pilates with Becs at The Pilates House to everyone! My husband (and dog) and I started weekly private sessions to avoid getting stiff and achy from our office jobs, maintain our muscle tone from our gym going days, and improve our flexibility.
During my pregnancy our sessions have continued and I have been so grateful for them! Becs is very knowledgeable about what muscle groups I need to focus on at this time, and what exercises I should go easy on.

Read moreI have been going to Pilates House to see Bec for almost 3 years now... twice a week. It’s my “go to” therapy/core workout/injection of calm. Don’t get me wrong! The classes are hard and focus on those “women’s problem areas”... such as the bottom, thighs, tummy and arms. The small size classes enable Bec to keep her eye on us all, tweaking our positions when we get it wrong and pushing the stronger participants to their limits... and all with a calm voice AND a smile on her face!! Read moreI absolutely love Bec's pilates classes. She is an incredibly lovely, warm and attentive teacher who clearly puts a lot of effort and work into her little studio and class planning. Bec has a wonderful balance of being warm, encouraging and also challenging so that you never get bored and continue to grow and learn.
