Be very careful of incorrect pricing as I have discovered many times they may have it mark down but will charge full price, and most of the time it is just a hassle taking it back for a few dollars Do your Homework check, check and double check the pricing, If you are purchasing something large do your homework. you could save up to 30% by shopping around and using their 15% match if same name brand. Get your 15% discount! Recently l have started buying a Stanley fatmax tools, my drill and circular saw just stop one day ( lm a handy man) still under guarantee an other 6-7 months. Also l don't use tools everyday. After exchanging email with Stanley fatmax company almost a week and it was not going anywhereand ,decided to go Mitre 10 Mega for help , l wish never done that l felt so uncomfortable the way l was treated, answer was" if you don't have receipt, we can't help you " twice. I just letf the tools there and went to Cafe have a final coffee. When you buy Stanley Fatmax tools you get one guarantee but if registered in company site than get another 2 years guarantee and l give opportunity to look at side to proof that the tools still under guarantee. Answer was "if you don't have a receipt, we can't help you. Even we though they could see it on trade account. Manager contacted me with email asking me to discuss about it but for me it was to late , l have allready gone to Bunning Warehouse and bought new tools, good things about Bunning Warehouse, you get 5 years...

When I asked for help locating an item, the worker, who appeared to be in his late 50s or early 60s with grey hair, gave me the aisle number but rudely refused to assist me further. He repeatedly said, "Nobody's gonna take you there," in a dismissive tone, which made me feel uncomfortable. What baffled me even more was that, just before I spoke to him, I had been waiting while he casually chatted with another customer.
I understand that staff may not always be able to personally guide customers, but the way he handled the situation felt unhelpful and dismissive. A more polite and professional approach would have made a big difference. I’ve always appreciated this store, but experiences like this make the shopping environment less welcoming. Hopefully, customer service improves to reflect the otherwise great aspects...
