These masters of their trade are the creators of what is the most perfect peppermint chocolate I've had in my life. Anyone who knows me, will realise the extent of this claim. I've eaten chocolate around the world from the most distinguished of chocolatiers, but the thick and creamy peppermint ganache encased within that thick, delicate dark chocolate shell is quite possibly the most perfect blend of dark chocolate, peppermint and cream I've ever had. Now I'm aware of the fact that not everyone appreciates a peppermint chocolate the way I do, but if you can master it this well, chances are you've got a pretty good handle on the craft. There are plenty of other flavours, textures, patterns, swirls and colours to try. Treat yourself to a box. 10 chocolates of your choice for $22. Giving this a one star for the restaurant. We received our food and drink which is normal but the only good thing about this whole day. Useless service. 2 girls that didnt even know how to look after you. Had to tell them to take previous dishes away from the table, give us menus, no water or cups given. Went to the toilets at one point with no toilet paper in there. The menu seems to be all veges and no meat? No chicken options, no lamb. Fish and chips or a beef burger were the two to choose from. A bday day out so the only alcohol option was wine which we were told we couldnt have cos the manager wasnt there to accept it. Had to settle for juice or chocolate milk. Also skimped on their hot chip portions.

Such a cool place! We decided to briefly pop in after brunch and I’m so glad we did although I wish we had come for brunch here as the food at the cafe outside looked fab and such a nice vibe! Ah well, always next time! The chocolate shop itself is really cool - you can see them making the chocolates at the back and there were heaps of different options to buy. Only let down was the woman serving who was seriously giving off unfriendly vibes - I asked to sample both of the jars of spreads (they had taster jars) and the honestly you’d think I’d committed a cardinal sin. But I’m glad I did as they were both to die for and so we bought both! They also do really cool melted chocolate shots which was delicious and only $2.50! How fun!
