Waited an hour for food and when the food finally arrived it was bland and not pleasant too eat, the staff was professional minus the person who seems to be the owner, very unprofessional was bickering and bantering with staff about our group like a xoxo gossip girl. Sadly Mangawhai Pizza fails to deliver the basics. I found the cheese content disproportionate to the other ingredients. The pepperoni on our pizza was oddly hidden beneath the thick layer of strongly flavoured, greasy cheese, rather than on top. The first bite caused the toppings to slide off - not a great start. I found the base a bit too bread-like. I should have recognised the warning signs for what was to come when I was asked if I wanted chips with my pizza. Not a place...

Great food. Fast service even with our large group. The kids loved the blackboard table that they could draw on with chalk. My only feedback would be that guests are required to wear masks upon entry while staff do not and not impressed by the sign stating extra surcharge on a public holiday due to "Cindy putting wages up".
