Mercer Cheese — Local services in North Island

Been here heaps of times. They have amazing cheese and usually good service. But last Saturday there was a really rude blonde lady who just seemed to want us out of the shop as soon as we entered despite us buying cheese. Completely soured the experience for us since we went out of our way to make it at 10am when the shop opened because I'm usually a big fan. Skip it if you see her. Can see from the reviews that other people have experienced this and I wonder if it's the same lady as someone else mentioned Saturday. That's probably the time to have your best staff on.. I went here this afternoon, and we were pretty much ignored. We were greeted and that was it. We were looking at the cheese and no help was forthcoming in explaining the cheese, offering a taste etc .. simply silence even though I was clearly very interested. It wasn't busy at all (we were the only two people), so I was very confused as I would have loved to buy some cheese.
