Worst customer service ever .. made a terrible decision on going to this shop today to recharge my snapper card.. Asked the guy at the counter if i can recharge my snapper and i had coins so as soon as he saw my coin bag he started going on about it.. i cant accept that and says why you have to bring that here.. and he added will you go to other places for this..its just because you are indian and see its indian cashier thats why you bring the coins here and i straight away got so mad and told him that iam not indian and that coins are also money and if people dont have money in their card or cash they try to make a living and look for options .. but still kept on arguing with me i also told him that its fine il go but he kept on counting the coins and saying things ..also at the end he also said dont come back with that kind of coins again 😡😡.. please i request to the owner or if the owner is the same person that do not disheart any person with that type if attitude as not always everyone has the money as notes...
