Please fix your Newlands, Wellington store. It's appalling. First issue, due time was 7:42pm, didn't leave the store till 8:02pm. Second issue, while waiting I seen staff eating pizza toppings with their BARE HANDS - not to mention the laughing and carrying on right over the toppings. Third issue, squid rings' box wasn't assembled properly (Even pizza hut can put a cardboard box together for 1/3rd of the price. Fourth issue, swearing by staff. Fifth issue, staff willingly throwing plastic containers on the floor, they got told to stop, but continued. Sixth issue, cell phones...seriously make some food on time and put your phones away. Shocking service and won't be back - don't offer me discounts or a voucher - just fix your store for the...

BE WARNED :( Been a customer of Hells Newlands since it opened and will never deal with them again due to my service ive received in the last year . Late deliveries all the time which are anywhere between 30 mintues to 1 1/2 hours late :( last delivery we had from them ended up being 2 hours 20 mins and they said they would send us a voucher for the bad service and six weeks later that voucher has not arrived :( I also received a pizza once that had a piece of cardboard cooked in it :( Ive called them many times and can never get hold...

Hell Pizza: Fast, Filling, but Missing that Fiery Spark

Hell Pizza delivered a quick and tasty fix for our pizza craving on Wednesday. Toppings were plentiful, service was friendly, and the pizzas were ready on time. However, the ingredient quality seemed to have lost its usual "hellish" edge, feeling more like Dominos than the premium experience we've come to expect. Still a decent option for a quick bite, but that signature Hell quality seems to have cooled down a bit.
