Safe travels and...

Terrible! In an old unit, spacious but dirty, unkempt, a broken bed, insufficient cooking equipment to use full kitchen, unsafe for family (see electrical related photos), mould, and a 'void' into locked adjoining unit. Issues raised with management the following morning due to family commitments and isssues being discovered throughout the evening and in the morning. We requested to move units and were fortunate this could occur. This newer renovated 2 bed unit was excellent and could not fault it! This is the unit I had expected when we booked online initially. So if booking, ensure you ask to be in rooms as per website. |Management refused to discount or refund our first night despite numerous emails as follow up. We felt minimised and blamed for raising issues and told we did not do so early enough - despite having done so as early as possible given we had 2 young children with us and that issues were discovered throughout evening and morning, not seen straight away as we were tending to dinner/kids bedtime/family. Very poor customer service other than accommodating a room change. After over at least 5 email exchanges we were offered a $50 refund which we declined as felt this was more about them wanting to settle rather than acknowledge and accept responsibility for issues.|This really put a dampener on the end of our family holiday, is still not resolved, and we are lodging a complaint with the Commerce...

Very clean & tidy! Amazing spa even has a radio, nice lights in bathroom, great hair drier, everything worked as per ususal, bed was comfy blankets/sheets were clean and soft, heat pump was powerful cold or hot, room had heaps of room, parking wasnt an issue, I felt safe and secure, staff were friendly, local shops around the area nice short 12 minute walk to new world/take aways or 30 second walk across the road to BP was just amazing! It really felt like were on honeymoon or something Some down falls we felt room service was abit poor had to prompt it eg. Getting 2 extra towels and 1 tea towel - we needed more than that especially being in a room with a spa/showering & cooking meals we had to ask for more and more each time. We had to ask the service lady to top up our tea, coffee, hot chocolate & milk (when it was clearly low when she came into the room but she didnt act on it until we pointed it out and asked) never asked if we wanted the bed made, dishs etc. We live in 2021 sky TV is still a thing but its old school and not as common as Netflix or apple TV etc alittle turn off would of been nice to have an upgrade on the TV. But apart from those little icky wicky things it doesnt turn us off from coming back :) we will be back!!! We wont forget this place Thankyou for having us. I recommend this place (especially the spa room) if you'd like a sneaky stress free...
