We needed storage urgently. Kennards was rhe first storage facility i made contact with and i spoke to Paul. I rang a couple of other places, although they were fine too I found myself placing another call to Paul. This guy was amazing, organised everything on the phone for me, and gave me all the info i required to set myself up online to confirm our booking.Movedd all our stuff in on a Sunday and as Paul was on site till late arvo he was able to run through everything with me face to face! We have access to our items 24/7 , so absolutely no hassles. Paul made a very stressful time so much easier and i can not say enough about him! Just to add the "Cherry on Top" last weekend i had a call from Shona at Kennards, follow up to make sure all was ok, another awesome member of Kennards, friendly, helpful and answered a couple of questions i had. Units are very secure, easy accessible with the correct clearance, clean and dry (even under heavy rainfall - observed two while in the unit). Kennards Palmerston North are a 10/10 company. I submitted my enquiry late Saturday night and received a lovely phone call from Shona. I had requested a large unit which of course cost a bit more. I was well informed by the lovely Shona that all of my belongings would fit perfectly in a smaller unit. She was spot on. I saved some money and customer service and communication is exceptional. I did a meet and greet, was given a wee tour and shown how everything works. As smooth and easy as the set up was the moving out was even easier.
