Not recommended..... I paid $365 for sons birthday party.

I was disappointed my party guests complained of room smelling gross of very offensive body odor, requested air freshener they gave me an empty can. No one was in room prior not a smell coming from my guests. Guests commented that the place always smells.

Disappointed with tuna and beetroot sandwiches with spice in it.... I didn't order as part of adult platers at all. Cold fish bites, hotdogs and fries for children. Which I requested ham n cheese sandwiches and chicken nuggets.

Queried this with Cafe staff said that nothing was in the paperwork. Poor communication within company and disappointed me and my daughter couldn't eat because she's allergic to eggs and I'm allergic to seafood. They did refund $70 but it just wrecked the party not having food we could eat n hot food being so cold, stinky smell while eating.

The dressed up cat only came out at 3.45pm interacted with my child for a few seconds and staff started telling my guests they were closing at 3.40pm then again came back 5mins later saying they were closing. I booked party from 2-4pm.

Felt stressed having to pack up presents and get out so abrupt. Door staff member yelling from desk we are closed, leave gate open when I had a toddler running around.

I give one star for the free drink bottle and they lollies and fairy bread enjoyed by the birthday boy.

I’m very concerned for the state of this place. Took my 1 year old there during the week for a play and only one staff on which can be understandable since it’s not busy. I noticed everywhere for some of the play equipments it was dirty like it did not get a clean, the smell for the place was quite off like I was walking into a graveyard, the toilets are disgusting and not well maintained. The place could do with some more lights and a lively child friendly atmosphere with some music in the background or something because the atmosphere was no fun and deadly and Its probably why my boy ended up getting bored and wanted to leave which is shocking- children can sense some negative vibes.

Don’t get me started with the complimentary drink that we get because I asked for Orange Juice and it tastes nothing like orange juice thanks, I know Raro when I taste one and I feel this is what is served up, even worse when it’s lukewarm 👀💀 The staff that served my drink didn’t even bothered to clean the glass, not her fault though but some standards would be nice. This same staff also spends majority of her shift at the back and I had to wait for 5 minutes to get served.

Not worth my $12.50 thanks, not much new or fun play equipment and majority of the fun stuff require $ coins for it 🙄 if I could rate...

Unsafe & unsanitary environment. Major health and safety concerns. Electrical cords not covered PowerPoints not covered Plastic shards found all over the ground in and around the under 3 and over. Perfect for infants and children to swallow and perforate their intestines. Old food and general mess that never seems to be vacuumed up. No toilet paper in toilets

For context: we go to lollipops frequently and are the first there on many occasions. The environment is always as described above- even when the two owners are present in the morning. These issues have been present for a long time and yet the owners still haven’t fixed them despite being huge healthy and safety issue & having multiple poor reviews and complaints. Despite, both owners owning multiple childcare businesses. The standards are low at lollipops, what must they be like in their carers homes? In afterschool adventures. Totally unacceptable.
