I had the pleasure of dining here on Tuesday night. It were the first time EVER taking my 9 month old son out with me for dinner.
I had seen alot of great reviews for this restaurant and thought I would give it a go.
I called in advance to see if they had a highchair and we're pleased to hear they did.
Upon arrive I were served by Tajinderpal, who's customer service were nothing but 5 stars. (Definitely an asset to the team!)
I were wanting some recommendations on dishes other than butter chicken. He helped me identify what textures and flavours I enjoyed and went from there. (I enjoy creamy and nutty flavours with a bit of spice.)
I ended up ordering the, Afghani soy champ for the entree and the Mughlai chicken as the main. Garlic naan and a Mango lassi.
Words cannot describe how amazing my entree was, all the flavours paired beautifully.
The main was spectacular, garlic naan was it's best friend lol. And the mango lassi 😍😍 I ended up sharing with my son as he LOVES mangos.
All together beautiful service, Tajinderpal made son feel at home. Very child friendly environment.
At the end of our dinner I were greeted by the chef and we chatted away for a while, he gave me some advice on where to get some beautiful mangos and was very excited to hear how our dinner experience was.
These people pride themselves in delivering nothing but exceptional service. I will definitely be returning!

Read moreOrdered for takeaway. We had two dishes, veg manchurian and labdabar. The bread was covered in burnt bits, the curry was quite bland and not very flavourful, and very greasy. The manchurian didn't have many of the expected dumplings, lots of veg though, but again not very flavourful and unusually sweet. Neither meal was a pleasant eating experience. The prices are on par with other Indian restaurants but the food quality doesn't reflect what you pay. I'd rather pay more and have food which has well rounded and balanced flavour. Good to see lots of vegan and gluten free options available, but again I'd rather go somewhere with fewer options for those with dietary needs where the food is actually enjoyable. In addition, the restaurant has unethical reviews up: the owners have both rated their business five stars, and done so well before the restaurant actually opened. All in all, really unimpressed with this experience and I won't be eating here again. Palmy has no shortage of Indian restaurants, and there's plenty of authentic and delicious food to be...
