Just had a really bad experience at this place. The young girl on the counter was amazing but she forgot to give us a cup for one of the meals which I was ok with but when I realised this I went back up to the counter and was served by this very rude Indian lady which I think may have been the supervisor or manager who tried to charge me for an extra cup when I showed her the receipt and showed that I was only given one cup. The young girl saw this and admitted her mistake and apologised. We had a toddler with us and I noticed the high chair needed cleaning so I got some napkins and started cleaning it but the same lovely young girl came over and offered to clean it up for us but the rude Indian lady came over and yelled at the young girl to stop it and get back behind the counter so I had to finish cleaning it. After 3 days of no replay I email customer support head office. I got an auto reply saying they would contact me 3-5 working days. So I waited. I went back in a week later and explained what happened. The order time and number and explained I had rung that night and left a message. They would still not give me my food. I had to wait for a manager to call me. I left my name and number .No one rung. I then heard from head office 6 working days later. Who then finally got someone at Burger King to ring me, where I was explained that my name would be put down so next time I pop in I could pick up the food I had already paid for. I had a concerning experience at the Burger King Rangitikei street recently. I witnessed the staff being extremely rude and unprofessional to a delivery boy who was simply doing his job. It was upsetting to see this kind of treatment toward someone who was just trying to complete their work.
The crew’s behavior was uncalled for and disrespectful. The delivery staff should be treated with the same respect as any customer. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in a place that is supposed to promote a friendly and respectful environment.
I hope management addresses this issue and ensures that all staff members treat everyone, including delivery personnel, with respect. I won’t be returning to this location unless I see some positive changes. Zero...
