Ordered whole rolled lamb over a week in advance. Rang the day before and they said it was ready, went in on the day and it had disappeared said they'd fix it then and there. Came back same day it it was a rolled roast not a rolled lamb so they said they'd make it and delivery it the following day with a discount. It's arrived... It's not whole... It's in two halves.
