This place use to hold a very dare place to my heart, however , I walked through an isle towards the main checkout with a bunderburg ginger beer in my right hand as my left hand scrounged my pockets for a five dollar note. As I found the five dollar note I lined up for checkout which took far too long this is the first of many disappointments, as I pondered to myself I thought that it could not get any worse but that was far from the truth. I cheerfully exclaimed "Good evening" hello to the cashier whom gloomily replied "hello" with his head strictly pointed to the screen he was a handsome young fellow however appearance doesn't correlate with how polite someone is as I experienced first hand in that moment. I handed the young lad the bunderburg he them scanned it on the machine, but it appeared that the bottles branding had been peeled whilst the boy handled it, I then let the boy know that "that bottle seems to have a damaged label, I'll have to watch out for those next time. In response the boy cleared his throat and proceeded to spluter and cough on my precious bunderburg ginger beer. Line backed up due to eftpos issue, staff had no idea how to deal with it and didn’t communicate to customer’s what was going on. It ended up working by the time I made it to the front of the queue. We got food to go, communication is terrible for takeaway orders. It’s not a name or number basis, they call out your order. You can barely hear your order, and then we had trouble understanding the heavily accented staff member so we didn’t know what order was ours and then she just walked off. We tried reading what was on the orders but the handwriting we couldn’t read. I had to open up the boxes to actually see what was inside which I wouldn’t like someone else opening up my order. The guy doing the coffee was no better. We’ve spent 2 weeks travelling the South Island and so far this was the worst customer service experienced...

Manager came over and eventually told me it's done by weight.. I said ok whats the price of weight? She looked at me so evil.. how can you not understand that people want to know the price of things they are buying? It's so basic.
