Can I just say amazing?! This place just opened and already blew me away. The staff, aka Julia, is very kind and a lovely person to chat with. The flat white with oat milk was delicious. Open bright and early, has great views (especially while the sun comes up), a couple nice chairs to sit in, and no extra charge for oat milk! Overall a very unexpectedly...

Great coffee and toasties at an unassuming spot, definitely worth a stop if you are in the area!

☕ coffee was great, not bitter and was slightly fragrant, it was a decent size as well when had with the toasties

🥪 the ham and cheese toast set with the coffee was just perfect, feels right at home and was only 12NZD!
