The other day we went in a group, we were 7 people, we had quite a few mistakes in the dishes, eggshells in the poached eggs, the bread comes without butter, my vegetarian friend asked for a cheese scone and they brought her the cold scone they gave it to her with bacon, then when he went to reclar they gave him a scone of cheese reheated in a microwave, they do not come to ask you if you want to order, the coffee comes at the wrong time of the food, girls with few skills. sorry but I'm not going to have breakfast...

We just wanted to say a massive thanks for the awesome experience we had at your café in Mitre 10, Lake Wānaka the other day. It was actually our first time ever at a Columbus Coffee (we don’t eat out often), and honestly, the food, coffee, and service were next level! 🙌

The team there was super friendly, and everything was so good it’s made us want to check out more of your cafés. Keep up the amazing work – we’ll definitely be back! 💛

Chicken Karage bowl was terrible. $24.90 rice base thin n Base, 7 thimble size pieces fried chicken. To dry to eat. Coleslaw. I have never seen such a small portion of chicken. If you cannot make a profit out of a meal and you resort to serving this, then take that meal off menu. Cmon people don't treat Wanaka...
