Olivia's Kitchen — Local services in Upper Harbour

I have edited due to response. What I saw Warsaw beef, raw chicken, cooked prawns and cooked pork picked up with the same tongs from different containers and placed into the one container before being put in the wok. I know it was this as I thought it was our order of special fried rice which is why I watched so closely. I also wasn't the only person in the store that witnessed this.

Tried Olivia's Kitchen last night for the first time. Placed order and whilst waiting watched the gentleman cooking put raw meat into a takeaway container, transfer raw meat to the wok, add other ingredients to the wok and then return the cooked food to the same unwashed container that had the raw meat in. Neither women serving/cooking looked shocked when we mentioned this but did look bewildered that we had asked for our order to be cancelled and our money back. Money was refunded in full and we will not be returning again due the blatant disregard for basic food hygiene. And yes, they did package the container up for the person to collect their order as if nothing had happened. Hope no...

Olivia's Kitchen cooks the most tasty, delicious and plentiful packs of food. Not knowing what to order, as the menu is simply amazing, and having such a range that could be changed for personal desires, is something not often found now. Coming from Hobsonville Point to Oteha Valley is going to be a regular thing; the meat, plentiful vegetables and black bean sauce preceded by home made large vegetable spring rolls were like dining in a top-class restaurant and yet it is in the higher levels of delectable cuisine. Excellent food that was very reasonably priced with a great portion. It is free range which is wonderful. Husband adored the steak in the egg fu yong - some of the best he's ever had. Staff were lovely and friendly. Great hygiene practices. Would definitely recommend stopping by! We look forward to trying more of your menu in the future :) P.S.
