Wow, what an incredible company to work with. We used Destination Waiheke for our christmas party yesterday. We had Lavinia help to organize the day and events for our staff of builders. She was on hand throughout the day and was so helpful. Lavinia accommodated our last minute changes, our change of minds, and assisted to our "on the day" changes. The staff were amazing to our builders, the drivers were awesome during the great escape and got involved where requested which was fantastic. Our company had an amazing experience. Each event was great, the food was Devine and so delicious!! The selection of drinks by the venue was bloody top notch. Awesome atmosphere and all round great day. Our general feedback from staff about destination waiheke was "what an awesome christmas party, man they are great to us. Drivers were choice, taxis choice, locals great." We are very greatful. Given I'm 38weeks pregnant and was stressed about where to start for christmas party ideas, I decided to call and see what they were about and Lavinia was awesome on the phone, understood the brief, there was no pressure at all to make a sale or force me into anything, she made suggestions from experience which we would enjoy given type of staff we had, the quote came back really fast and was affordable that we could add extras and changes. She was so patient with me in the week leading up given how busy I was, I just felt really looked after and that I could leave the party in her hands and I'm glad I did. Our work end of year function was made an absolute delight with the amazing Lavinia of Destination Waiheke Island. Having Lavinia on the Island doing all the hard work of organising transport and venues for us took an absolute load of at a time of year which can be complete chaos. Also the little things like keeping in touch around the weather was so so helpful and really appreciated.

Stonyridge was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food delicious!

Bowling club was a great experience which all our staff throughly enjoyed Kerry and the Team were amazing hosts.

Waiheke Bus Company drivers were lovely and so accomodating of us taking a tad longer than what was planned for pick up times but really service with a smile.

Working with Destination Waiheke Island was a great experience, Lavinia was so friendly & professional, nothing seemed too much trouble & she did a fantastic job of putting together a really wonderful package for our team & their families. Friendly Conny from Waiheke Shuttles was there to meet us off the ferry & to take us back afterwards. We did archery with Experience Waiheke on arrival & Michael was really awesome, a great teacher with a good sense of humour & made sure we didn't shoot ourselves or each other (in the foot or anywhere else). The food, wine & service at The Batch Winery was really excellent as well & it's a lovely venue. They took into account dietary needs of our group & everything went seamlessly.
