Worst customer service in 10 years of going there, its changed many hand over the years btw. I thought I'd give the newest owners a second chance since the last time which was an absolute disaster. Couldn't get my order right again, food was stone cold (except the chips), The person who took my order walked away as soon as i paid and was more interested in sitting down in the corner on his phone ignoring me when I pointed out what I wanted WAS still on the menu. Absolutely delicious food! The shawarma I had was full of flavour and the chicken and lamb was tender. The wings for me are my favourite, it’s consistently perfectly cooked, has a smoky flavour along with the sauces of hot chilli and garlic yoghurt which pairs really well with the wings. The chef can guarantee that if you don’t like it you eat get to eat for free. Excellent customer service, support the brother at the store! What a great name! Their kebabs are beautiful. Roast meat in them, not spit sausage meat. Taste great. Going to have the pizza next. Full of proper food. They look great and as a greatlocal business, there won't be cheap ingredients n salt n sugar you find in the commercial ones.
