Mercado central is smaller than other markets in Latin America (ie., those gigantic fruit markets in Colombia) and has a more limited variety of fruits and vegetables.

Encontrás de todo.... pero de todo...Ademas de productos, malas costumbres... En general las vendedoras de alimentos preparados deberían ser más higiénicas... Eso de tocar la comida con la mano me hace dudar incluso en como prepararon la comida en casa. Para eso existen tantos tipos de utensilios de cocina para evitar tener contacto con la comida. Ahí están sacándose los mocos y las migajas de comida de la boca con las manos... Y así se atreven a agarrar después la ensalada o la tortilla con las manos!
