I’ve been a regular client of this particular store of Friends Corp and so far my experience has been good. But lately an obnoxious person named ‘Sohail’ who’s probably the branch manager for this store has caused the company loss of a loyal customer due to his arrogance and extremely non-customer-friendly attitude. The guy is not even worthy of being a regular salesman let alone the store manager! His pea-sized brain is unable to understand any logic. He kept repeating the highly illogical policy of not crediting points even for regular-priced purchases outside the sale days (8-18) in the month of December. I was simply denied any points for my regular-price purchases made on 1st of December without any logic and when asked for someone in higher management’s number, the guy (sohail) also blatantly refused to share any. His attitude was simply dismissive and just wanted me to go away after having heard his nonsense and illogical response to my complaint without seeking any explanation.

Interestingly, the person managing the WhatsApp account for Points had only demanded the invoice to be shared from the same number as printed on the invoice. I use WhatsApp on a foreign number while they insist for a local number for calls at the time of generating invoice so I give them my local number but don’t use that WhatsApp nor can I keep changing my WhatsApp numbers every now and then.

The fact that they don’t have any loyalty card system in their company and instead ask the customers to share their invoices through WhatsApp speaks volumes of their professionalism!!!

I’m never going to buy anything from them again! Also heard they sell smuggled items with non-original warranty cards! God save my Samsung Refrigerator n Washing Machine & also TCL AC from any issues which might require warranty to...

Best Cool Services & Friends Electronics Store... The name should be theft cool services...purchased a huge amount of Air Conditioner from Friend's Electronics Store Gulnoor Market Saddar Rawalpindi. They sent the installer and i paid them what they demanded for installation but they have not only work hard to destroy the Air Conditioner installation but also the guy's are lazy and want to run fast. After their poor installation within a 1.5 month the air-conditioner gas has been leaked due to poor installation not having the proper tools or insulation tapes. On demand provided them what they want but they have done what they can do to destroy the customer's experience and money.

Upon complaining Mr. Tahir the head of them about the issue. He's such a rude and unethical man he said yes "ab Kaya kro, mein Kaya kro"....this and that....

And the result of poor installation is

""After 1.5 months the gas of the AC leaked and the AC was not cooling up the room"'....Upon again contracting friends store the agent denied rudely and was non serious... upon contracting 2-times so called "Mr.Tahir" Sahab from best cool he said ok the team will visit tomorrow to enquire about situation but the tomorrow of Mr.Tahir hasn't arrived yet...."Thanks Mr.Tahir Sahab"...Please bring your tomorrow ASAP and let us know.
