Well I purchased Samsung 40"LED in June 2019 from Friends PWD and on July 15, 2019, There is a big Black Vertical line in the middle of the screen , there was no hit on it OR damage at our end A technician from friends Home came and said the screen is broken and there is no damage warranty AND I AM LIKE HOW..... so be careful and ask about the warranty don't rely on Friends Warranty... There are 3 kind different warranty providers ... if you have Samsung TV it doesn't mean that Samsung is going to entertain you there are further three classes and you have to know in which class you fall..... IN My case Samsung service provider says go to your dealer and the dealer That Is FRIENDS Home PWD and In charge Friends Service center is not picking up my call as i talk to him once and discussed the issue ...hold on .. well he just pick up the phone and insisting that the screen is damaged let see the issue is in process. I am requesting the experts in this field to kindly guide me in this regard. lets Hope they will address my issue :)

I bought an electric hot plate at the store a while back. I wanted a good quality hot plate but the guy convinced us that the trinity plate is the same as other and cheaper in price. We cut a hole in our kitchen at the size of the plate and did new wiring in the kitchen to produce the right voltage.

After around 2 weeks of usage the glass cracked because the ceramic plate couldn’t take the high temperature.

I have called many many times to the store asking for help but all I get is a very bad behaviour, no sense of how to talk with a paying customer.

I asked them if I could talk to someone from the company who produces the product but all I got was a number to a local mechanic for some reason, who didn’t even picked the call up.

I have shopped at friends stores for over 50 lak since I moved to Pakistan in Jan 2023 and will absolutely not visit again.

These guys are scammers in terms of selling faulty tv units. Few days back I bought an led smart tv samsung 55. I noticed few whitish spots in the screen especially when turning off the room light. Ignored it thought it would be okay with the passage of time. But no. Contacted and conveyed the message but they just took photo from me and did nothing. I then reached out to samsung service centre to claim it they also refused to take it in. Their engineers called it an latest technology. I mean WTH is this new tech when it can’t display the black color in black. Be aware guys. Sales person.
