Just got back from my "romantic" couples massage and sauna experience for Valentines day. Massage was nice, just a relaxation massage, so zero muscle manipulation, but that was to be expected. When finished the ladies werent aware that we had 30 more minutes to spend in the spa/Jacuzzi/sauna area, but they quickly accepted that fact and brought us our robes. We were given our water and tea and told we could enter when ready. We chose the couples Jacuzzi first, which was colder than room temperature, not horrible, but not relaxing. We were naked at this point, which we were told was fine. After 5 minutes a lady came in yelling over the Jacuzzi about the temperature and how we could make it hotter if we wanted than leaves. 10 mins later another lady entered and starts yelling about how we were not supposed to be in there. I yelled back (due to loud Jacuzzi noise) that yes I had 30 minutes. She asked to see the proof....I yelled back its in the locker room in my pants. She agreed to wait i guess and left....leaving the door to the area open to the hall. Another 5 minutes and we got up to go the sauna room, when another lady entered, I was standing at this point holding my goods in my hands as she explained that we accidentally pushed the call button on the side of the Jacuzzi. She left, also leaving the door wide open. After 5 mins in the sauna another lady came in and started cleaning the Jacuzzi, followed by another lady helping her i guess. We decided to leave, passing the ladies in the nude to get our robes. I also got interrupted a few minutes later while getting dressed in the locker room when the same cleaning lady came in looking for cleaning supplies. When we asked the reception people what had happened, they were very defensive, saying there was an error in their system. They had given us a 60 min massage instead of the 50 min one i had reserved and they didnt show i had reserved the 30 min sauna time. No apology what so ever for interrupting our time of relaxation with incorrect accusations or for bringing in the cleaning crew. Very poor customer service when all they had to do was say Sorry, we screwed up. Not going back, wasn`t good enough to put up with that...

I had an appointment for a 60minute massage at 6pm. masseuses argued nonchalantly in front of me, because neither of them wanted the last 'job' of the day. needless to say it ruined the mood for me. will not go back...
