La Rana Dorada — Local services in Bella Vista

I have been staying in the grand hotel 14 weeks and visited there great beers often.but I have to say each time I have a burger,hoping it will get better it does NOT.Iwas there last night and had the same.as soon as you might into it it's microwaved half slice of cheese and heated steamed lettuce and soggy bun.it runs a rider of frozen juices out of it.i sent it back and got similar.no care is given.a lazy scruffy line cook stood looking over at my second burger and I cannot understand why it happens alot.a plain burger .no onion and a microwaved cheese and lettuce.how hard is it to take some care.i payed $18 for a single beer and a terrible burger.i went in the night before and spent $70 $ $46+27 just for beers for 2 people.quite expensive.very dissatisfied!!...

I’m going to write this review because I saw something worth highlighting. The Rana beers have always been very good and the pizza always delivers with great flavor, but that particular day I sat at the bar and there was a guy who seemed to be on his first day. The other bartender was teaching him with a great attitude, and the new guy kept asking questions to make sure he was doing things right, and the bartender always responded in a very kind and helpful way.

That is the foundation of good customer service: if there isn’t a good work environment, the service usually ends up being terrible. But here I saw how well they treat each other as coworkers, and that shows when they attend to customers.

Great attitude, keep it up. I’ll be coming...

The experience here was awful. We asked for radler beer in a jar and one blanched and the lady says they don't serve those in jar just cans and to take out (something sooooo weird). After that decided to get the cans and drink in the patio of this place. And then she said no permitted to drink the beers in cans in their patio. I asked if that's because of a government lS and she said no is the Rana dorada rules.

This is so stupid, and doesn't make sense that you can not drink a beer you pay for in the patio of the local. My partner and I we just left and we didn't buy anything,we aren't going there never again and we are not supporting this local bar with these type of rules that doesn't...
