The experience we had at this arcade was nothing short of disappointing. The crew, especially the one handling the karaoke reservations, clearly has no sense of fairness or professionalism. We reserved a room earlier and waited patiently, only for them to prioritize newcomers who arrived way after us. To make things worse, she even tried to make my companion look like a liar, when in fact I saw the conversation myself. On top of that, she had the audacity to question how many tokens we had, as if implying we couldn’t afford to buy enough. For the record, we had already purchased our tokens, clear proof that we were the ones who came first and had been waiting patiently for our turn. The whole situation was beyond frustrating. ‎ ‎One staff in particular, this short lady in pink was the worst. Her way of speaking was rude, unapproachable, and completely dismissive, as if customers don’t matter at all. Entrance and exit points are easy to find. It is less hassle to shop or to do groceries since the tricycle terminal is also accessible and they prioritize people who exit the mall with carts. Good membership rewards and benefits. I love the massage chairs located in front euphony and McDo mini shop or takeout shop 😆 whatever it is called. I can process most of my important government papers, account and/or IDs because they have legitimate branches inside the mall.
