V Resort Dasma — Local services in Dasmariñas

We planned to stay four nights, but the reservation seemed doomed before arrival. We tried to contact the hotel almost a dozen times while enroute, but no answer. Finally we received a text that they could not answer and to please text.||We sent the text that we were at the property, but could not find anyone. Another text came instructing to call one of two numbers, but both received messages that they were unavailable.||We finally located a clerk who assisted us to our room. There were ants and we asked for the room to be sprayed.||While the pool is very nice, there is no food on the premises, but there are establishments that deliver. ||Although this area was recommended, there is very little to do near the property. The closest thing to do was the mall. All other attractions were about an hour away.||If you stay, get a family room. The deluxe rooms were not acceptable.||While free wifi was advertised, you could not connect from your room. We were told it was only available outside near the pool. ||Our first morning, we were awakened at 5:50 am with loud music from the pool.||On the second morning, we were awakened again with loud music from the pool. The room had again become infested with ants and they had come into the bed, along with a few spiders. Decided it was time to leave.||We paid for the four nights in advance and did not ask for a refund, but unless you absolutely need a place to stay, this one should be...

The absolute worst place to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the only place left to stay in Dasmarinas, Cavite. The first thing was they didn't even have our reservation. They couldn't find my fiance's name which was right on our itinerary. They had to keep calling people to find out where our reservation was. All this time my fiance had to sit there and wait. After she got to our room what a disaster that room was. No Wi-Fi in the room. The only Wi-Fi was in this little area next to the pool. The room was empty other than a chair a desk and a bed. This was their deluxe room. Do not believe the photos they are fake! We were booked for two nights however I told my fiance to leave the same night that she arrived so that she didn't have to stay there. Do not go to this resort to stay! It's a waste of money and a waste...
