I ordered a combo meal for dine-in: pancit (all-time favorite), pichi-pichi, upgraded spaghetti with meatballs, pork BBQ, chicken lollipop, lumpia shanghai, and Nestea apple juice.
Mr. Jaeven was very nice at first; he took my order, gave me the receipt, and I sat and while waiting, I then approached the Moreno guy who had no nameplate. He was a bit rude and lacked customer service. Ms. Krizzia explained that the dining area was not available today. I politely asked if they could set a table for me because I am a PWD and very hungry. I also showed my ID, which shows that I live in Novaliches, Q.C. I asked for help to set a table so I could eat. However, the Moreno guy kept insisting that the store was not allowing dining today and that they could not do anything about it.
I decided to refund my money via my Maya card and cancel my order so I could dine at another restaurant where I would be comfortable. The Moreno guy told me I had to wait 20 minutes for the refund because the cashier was on break. I told him I was very hungry and needed to eat, so I went to Jollibee across from your restaurant.
An hour later, I returned to Amber’s and asked for my refund. To my surprise, Ms. Krizzia gave me my order, even though I had requested a refund. I was very upset but didn't want to create a scene in the restaurant. I gave my Nestea apple juice to the security guard...
Read moreI Went to Amber Dasmarinas Cavite branch yesterday, Thursday, June 27 and ordered their new Buffalo Wings sampler, Buchi and Pichi Pichi. The time I placed the order was at 11:25am and the staff said that it will take approx 20 to 25 minutes. After 30 minutes, I have noticed that customers who came after me were receiving their orders so I approached the counter and followed up my order. One staff went inside the kitchen to check and came back saying that the cook was just mixing the sauces for the chicken wings. Finally, the order was handed to me at 12:05pm. When I reached home (10 minutes away from Amber), I found out that the Buffalo wings were cold as if it was cooked 2 hours ago. Also, it was dry and not appealing! Read moreOrdered thru their hotline. I asked the agent if I can use my mom's senior card for discount but unfortunately amber is not accepting & senior should be available upon pick up. Told the agent that I can provide auth letter but still did not accept it. When I was at the store I asked the manager. Told me that agents are just lazy getting the details. That's the saddest part.
