I came here for the fresh Tuna. Alas it was so fresh it was still frozen on my plate. I just recently paid to get my S&R Supermarket card. If I wanted frozen tuna, I would have gone there. In Addition, its colour was bright pink, unlike the appropriate dark red or almost violet you are supposed to get in that price category. As a result the bits of the tuna that weren't frozen were stringy, chewy and had a slight rubbery texture. My wife had tempura that was soggy and wet, not the slightest crunch could be noticed while she was eating it. The staff didn't seem to care about these issues, and the whole place was tiny, with uncomfortable chairs and smelling of kitchen smoke. I wasn't able to go to the real store but I usually ordered online thru the food panda. I was really happy because the amount is definitely satisfactory. I ordered a lot of stuff here like in the pictures but there are also other foods that I wasn't able to take a picture like their Pork Katsu Curry. That was so good! I especially liked their Fried tofu with that Sauce!! The sauce was so good that I almost ordered it everyday! The shipping in the food panda is pretty expensive though but since the place was really far, I guess it was okay. I don't know anything about the service but whenever I order, they will not find some "Enjoy your meal" letter so it was really nice! Overall, I really like this place and I also want to try...

Relative to price - food is excellent. It's really good considering their prices. Huge variety as well.

The staff though is unwelcoming. I've been there multiple times in where the staff wouldn't even greet you. You'll help yourself on your table and wonder if they will take your order until you'll realize that you have to approach the counter to tell them your order. After eating, I always say "thank you" because I really enjoyed the meal but no one will respond...
