Waited over an hour for my order, only to be told that their ordering system was down and I’d need to wait another 20–30 minutes. I waited again—still nothing. I followed up with the branch by phone, and they just extended the waiting time again.

I also called their main hotline, hoping for real help, but they were just as useless. No sense of urgency, no real solution—just more delays and apologies that didn’t mean anything.

Totally disappointed with the service. Poor coordination, unreliable system, and zero accountability. Definitely not what I expected from a brand like...

Went here to eat late dinner; upon returning home, spouse forgot her cellphone on top of our said table learning it upon checking our things and about to rest. Gladly, the management took care and held my spouse's phone, it was one of their crew/rider who found the phone handling it over to one of their assigned management staff. It was a great experience knowing that their management and staff are trained well with honesty and faithful to their given service....

Very rude service crew ng graveyard shift. We have been buying here ever since, and we are always allowed to have our dog with us when ordering. This time, hindi pa nga ganon nakakalapit sa kennys lumapit agad yung isang bagong crew para sabihing "Bawal aso dito" in a very rude manner. Kung bawal na pala pwede mo namang sabihin ng maayos hindi yung mag rurush kang lumapit para mang shoo away. My bf talked to the manager to report his crew's behavior (he is reporting the crew's behavior and confirming na bawal na pala ang dogs apparently since we respect naman if ayun n talaga ang protocol, ayaw lang namin ng rude) and napag alaman na PWEDE naman pa rin ang dog and the manager applpgized for the incident and told that that crew was a newbie (3mos pa lang), still that doesnt excuse the behavior, I hope that crew gets his proper training on how to speak to customers or huwag na lang siyang magtrabaho as a service crew if he doesnt know how to converse respectfully. Kakawalang gana, hindi na lang...
