Dzień dobry, kontaktowałam się z biurem w celu uzyskania informacji. Zostałam bardzo nieładnie potraktowana przez Panią, która odebrała telefon. Nie dała mi nawet możliwości powiedzieć w jakiej sprawie dzwonię, kończąc rozmowę. Jeżeli tak wygląda obsługa klienta w tej firmie, to zastanowiłabym się na miejscu pracodawcy kogo zatrudnia i jaki wizerunek firmy tworzą osoby pierwszego kontaktu....

Najpierw pracowaliśmy z Lilu jako dostawca/restauracja i wszystko było super, a teraz mają sklep detaliczny i juz całą rodziną robimy zakupy na cały tydzień Szybka dostawa pod drzwi,6 razy w tygodniu. No i chyba nie trzeba tłumaczyć czym się różnią owoce w biedrze od owoców z...

Działamy razem już od jakiegoś czasu i współpraca przebiega bez zakłóceń. Dostawy są dobrze przygotowywane, z obsługą firmy można się bezproblemowo dogadać i ustalić wiele istotnych rzeczy. Jesteśmy też zadowoleni z jakości warzyw i owoców - jak tylko się pojawiają, to szybko...
