Everything you could want in a touristy mall. Anchored by Continente Grocery store which seems to have more non-groceries than groceries. But they do have an amazing variety. There is an entire aisle of rice; (white, brown, black, short, long, Indian, quick, traditional, sushi, etc.. ) you get the picture. Wonderful choices of fresh breads, meats, fruits and vegetables. They have a bakery, butcher, deli and seafood & takeout. You can shorten your wait at any of the previous mentioned stations by getting your number at the kiosk as you enter he store. Each location also shows the last number called at the other locations so you can hurry over to where you will be called next. Very efficient. And as I mentioned they have office supplies, kitchen, bedroom, garden, automotive, clothing, shoes, wine & liquor. Top floor of the MALL has a food court with a huge choice of eateries and a central area with tables. Some of the restaurants have eat-in areas others are take-away and you will need to sit in the central area. Please clean your own table taking your tray to one of the many dish racks available. Also on the top floor in the food court area is a MEDICAL Clinic. They do see urgencies and tourists. Fantastic rates if you are used to US medical charges. I had an urgent dental visit when I broke a tooth and it only cost 50 Euros for a fix done so very well that my own Dentist back in the US was impressed. Some of the other shops throughout are lingerie stores, a cork store, Sephora, 2 electronic stores; Whorton's and FNAC, H&M, 2 Pharmacies, MEO & Vodafone, several children's clothing stores, women's clothing, men's clothing, sunglass hut, vitamins & natural products, shoes, keys, and more. Too many to name within. my word limit. A short Taxi ride from almost anywhere in a 10 KM radius. Great rainy day activity but Mall is not totally enclosed, dress...
Read moreWent to Sephora as we don't have one in uk. Was really looking forward to going and seeing what new products they have! An OK shop- very small and not much different to products back at home which is not what I was expecting. The staff there are so rude and arrogant. From my experience there were 3 ladies working. Only managed to get one of their names- vania. She was very rude aswell as her colleague with brunette hair who was also very rude and didn't seem to understand what customer service is. Maybe being from the uk I expect staff to be polite, friendly and smiley. These two ladies were none of the above. They stood there watching all customers without offering help and looked miserable while doing it. The other lady who worked there, not sure of her name however she has curly blonde hair, she was basically running the store on her own- helping customers, running the till, welcoming customers with a smile. The other two ladies could do with some training on customer service. I've never written a bad review anywhere however I was so shocked at how I was treated as a customer. Definitely do not recommend and will not be stepping foot in there again! Them ladies ruined my whole shopping experience and if I had longer to spend in there I would have definitely taken it further by reporting them to someone higher up. I've given it one star as that's the lowest possible but I would give them two women -10 stars. The one star is only for the blonde lady who was...
Read moreMy miniature vehicle was met with an almighty ramp upon approaching the premises. I left my vehicle half the man I was before I started my journey, and made my way towards the atrium where I was again greeted by what I could only describe as a “George raft” (draft) for the those confused. No central heating provided but I won’t complain as I was made aware there was a vitamino store on the premises, this warmed my soul. I made a visit to the cinema however I decided at that moment I had no interest in seeing a film so I immediately stopped in my tracks and proceeded towards C & A in search of a long sleeved trouser! I was successful in finding a long sleeved trouser, this left me feeling giddy from the knees down. (5 stars for c & a) I then visited the zoological section of the property, also known as the food court. To summarise my trip in one word, egotistical. Hope this answers all your questions...
