KFC — Restaurant in Albufeira

This rating is slightly unfair, only because the food was actually pleasant so far as fast food goes. However, I’m deducting at least “one” star ⭐️ for two reasons :- Service - a new person up front, not entirely her fault but due to the pesky masks and other noise, she could not hear my order in my limited Portuguese. English was a non starter even for an American franchise, English was not tolerated as this just frustrated the young lady more. We did feel pretty unwelcome. Food - tasted good, no complaints in that department. My wife and I had two separate types of meals and took a few pieces of chicken home for our daughter to have. Unfortunately all 3 of us were very ill 3 or 4 hours later. No vomiting, but very close, just 3 very upset tummies the entire evening into early hours of the morning. Today is a bit better. Recommendation - I gather this was from cutting boards or cooking surfaces. More care needs to be taken as food poisoning can be pretty dangerous. Lucky we only had upset stomachs and seemed to recover quick enough. PS - This rating is here to only help prevent this from happening to others so that the staff can attend to what needs to be done to stop the food from being contaminated. I won’t be returning for some time to KFC...

Just eaten at KFC and was very disappointed, waited 10 minutes to order then they had so many takeaway orders on it took over 15 minutes to get our food (so much for fast food!) no label on the zinger and tower burger so it took a couple if bites to realise I had my husbands zinger burger! the fries we're dried up and crusty. The girls serving were very nice but the place needs more...

The food wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t great too. Wings tasted like steak from my school cafeteria (it doesn’t taste good…) fries were very dry and also not tasty… but the thing that maked me feel weird is that even pepsi smelled really weird and tasted really weird (sorry I don’t know how to describe this bad food so I use the word weird😅.) Don’t worry O will never come...
