The vegan options are quite limited. I had the vegan Bao and Ramen, which were formed around the same components of tofu, sesame, and kombu. They worked decently well, more in a Bao format probably, but it would’ve been good to be able to try something different.

The ramen was decent. The kombu had interesting umami flavours, and the tofu paste was really flavourful (it worked quite well in the bao, less so in the broth). The broth itself wasn’t too complex, but can’t really fault it.

Their desert menu has plenty of vegan options put together by No Harm that I was really excited to try, but unfortunately they weren’t available today, so I didn’t get a chance to.

Overall, Chirashi is a quite okay choice to go have a nice bowl of ramen, but the lack of variety of vegan options means I probably won’t return for another bowl anytime soon - maybe just for a piece of tart.

🏅 Overall: 6.5/10 🌱 Vegan? No, very limited options

I wish I could give this five stars but compared to other places I've been to, the portions are a bit smaller and service is slower. The bowl of ramen I was served wasn't hot enough. The eggs were slightly marinated which is a big thing for me but between the two bowls we ordered it wasn't consistent, one was a tad undercooked the other was a bit overcooked. It's worth a visit if you're in the area because if the variety in the menu but there may be cheaper and better...

This place is overrated. The service is slow, because the sushi and a the sushi bowls came from a sushi restaurant nearby, the guy literally crossed the street with our food (and drinks too). Caipirinha was so bad that we had to give it back, but they apologized and didn’t charge us the caipirinha. The sangria wasn’t much better, but at least was drinkable. The ramen wasn’t that bad, but’s there’s better palaces to eat ramen in Lisboa with a great...

A solid rating. The portion of the ramen was decent but I was expecting a more flavorful dish. It was tasty but I personally like the pork flavor stronger and the fat a bit thicker. The restaurant has a nice vibe and is a bit small (number and size of tables). The price is very much acceptable for the quality and the location. I was happily surprised. Will definitely come back to taste a different one.
