I have tried to order from them 6 months ago and I ended cancelling the order because of their unprofessional staff who can't even understand English !!

Yesterday I wanted to give them a second chance so I made an order for a trimmer and I was promised to get it today before 6pm !! I have texted them at 7pm to follow up and I was told that they will check and get back to me !! I texted them again at 8pm to ask what happened and I was told my order on way !! At 8.11pm I complained that they must give me a specific time so I got a call at 8.22pm to tell me that my order will be delivered tomorrow afternoon!!!! Like really after 2 follow ups you tell me that with straight face!!!! Moreover he told me sorry we are busy with many orders!!! Well is that the customer problem ??

That was the last time I try them and I really advise all not to try them as they don't care about the customers
