BURSA İSTANBUL CENTRAL RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Al Rayyan

A friend brought me to this place and told me the place had good food. I wasn't disappointed. The interiors of the place was very ordinary and looked like a school cafeteria. The chairs, however, were comfortable ( black and upholstered). We ordered chicken plate, meat plate, hummus and meat (the carrots as garnoch surrounding the hummus were not fresh), Bukhari rice, Shawarma and cocktail shake. The food was delicious! The meat was very tender and delicious. Our waitress, Jackie, was very attentive amd helpful. The other male waiter was helpful, too. I will go back to this place again.

June 20, 2018 I made the last post a few months ago. I went back yesterday..i was disappointed with the chicken shawarma. Not good at...

We went there today at 12 AM – the place was almost empty. We were two families, planning to sit and dine in peace. Suddenly, a waiter – Bengali guy – came up and told us to split up because a group of 16 people had just arrived. He literally prioritised them over us, as if our presence meant nothing.

What kind of pathetic, disgusting behavior is this? Is this how you treat loyal customers? Just because a larger group walks in, you kick aside smaller ones like garbage? Absolutely shameful and insulting.

This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve had in 10 years of living in Qatar. If this is your customer service standard, then you seriously don’t deserve...
