I ordered your last piece of Nitro X Volcom Beast snowboard [158cm], as the link in the picture states. NITRO X VOLCOM. However, you guys sent me just a regular Nitro board. It's not a big deal, because the snowboard is still nice and high quality, but I wanted Nitro x Volcom to match it with my Volcom jacket and I liked that Volcom base much more than the regular Nitro base. Product looks different from what I've ordered and you should've stated it, that it is just regular Nitro beast, not Nitro x Volcom. I added a picture of these two models so you can see the difference, don't let that happen again to another customer please!!

I went in looking to get a full snowboard setup, board, bindings, boots, helmet, and goggles. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to guide me through everything and helped me pick the perfect gear for my needs. The shop also has a great variety of equipment and clothing, so I had plenty of options to choose from. I got everything I wanted and on top of that, they gave me such a good discount that I even had enough left to grab an L1 shell jacket and a pair of merino socks. This is clearly the go-to place in Brașov if you want snowboard gear and solid advice. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and fun people....

These guys are totally awesome. Went there today to buy a new snowboard helmet. They were so helpful and so friendly and gave brilliant discounts, that I ended up buying a helmet, goggles and neck scarf!!

The reviews here talk about how helpful and friendly they are. They are all true! Unbelievable great service and friendly fun guys.

If you need gear go to this place. The prices are brilliant. I'd struggle to get prices as good as this in the UK with online shopping!!

11/10 well done guys!

Also, there is a guy called Bogdan who does service for snowboards. Also recommend this dude but he's not part of the shop but friends with them. If you need a service ask...
