Best option for quality food in the mall, no doubt about that. The service was really on point and they’ve checked with me regularly to make sure everything was okay.

As soon as I ordered I got offered some traditional pork fat on the house which was a very nice touch.

I’ve ordered beef sparrow and although the meat itself was alright, I got asked three times if I’m sure I would like it rare. I confirmed and then the meat came medium rare. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but I find it funny that they are afraid to not under cook the beef - probably since a lot of people don’t know how beef should be eaten and end up complaining.

To note the food came very fast and the atmosphere was chill and welcoming.

Nu pot sa va dau 5* din urmatoarele motive: -ospatarii sunt “usor” aroganti -nu aveti meniu pentru copii -nu aveti o pers. care sa aseze clientii la masa (Noi am intrat si ne-am asezat singuri si am asteptat vreo 10 min sa fim bagati in seama, cu toate ca eu tot faceam contact vizual cu angajatii dvs in speranta ca poate, poate ne observa cineva…) nu aveti “main course-uri” complet (gen carne+garnitura=un singur pret) si taxati pentru tot separat, lucru ce duce in eroare pe anumiti clienti sau este o strategie de a face profit….zic si eu -am primit cele 2 salate care at fi trebuit sa acompanieze 2 fripturi cu vreo 5 min inainte ca restul mancarii sa ajunga, parctic am stat cu 2 boluri de salata in fata cc 5 min pana sa ne vina ceea ce am comandat ca si main course (personal urasc lucrul acesta). -nu ne-a verificat nimeni in timp ce mancam daca este totul ok sau daca mai vrem ceva de baut si doar la sfarsit, am fost intrebati daca totul a fost ok cu mancarea -personal nu imi place chestia cu bacsisul: nu am nevoie sa imi explice cat trebuie sa las sau nu, personal consider ca este un fel de “obligativitate” sa lasi min 10%. Stiu ca legea va obliga sa oferiti acel bon cu bacsis… -“halba/paharul” (sau cum il numiti) de bere nu era umplut corespunzator, mai era un gol intre spuma si pana unde se “termina sau incepe”( cum vreti sa ii spuneti) paharul… All in one- mancarea ff buna/service-ul a fost “bunicel” dar se putea si mai bine. Sergiana a fost si va ramane tot timpul carmangeria mea preferata. Poate totusi la urmatoare vizita voi avea si un meniu de copii...
