I don’t normally leave reviews unless the service is really detrimental. I went for a hairstyle, which turned into a nightmare.. before we started I showed the supposedly “hairstylist/dresser” the look I am aiming for, she took literally 2 seconds to look at it and said oh! Sure. I said to myself Wow she knows what she is doing.. though out the process you wouldn’t believe what happened, she flooded my hair with hairspray (she already knows that I hate a lot of spray, I told her that at first) this was the start and then used a CASH RUBBER to tie up my hair. we didn’t stop at that, she made me a classic ponytail!!! where my style is a curly hair lift. I corrected her literally 3 times but she kept saying it will come out nice as you wish, guess what? it didn’t happen, when I called her out she told me it’s your hair the problem (as if she is not a HAIRSTYLIST and didn’t see my hair before we had started!) she spent almost 2 hours trying to fix it but nothing comes out of it but a greasy tangled hair with no way of fixing it but to wash it which I couldn’t do because I left them at 6:15. Unfortunately I had to show up to my occasion looking absolutely terrible. If you’re thinking of a hairstyle, for your own good, RECONSIDER!

THE SHOCKING PART OF IT ALL, their Reception and Management when they asked me to pay extra for the RIDICULOUS HAIRSTYLE (that no one can accept) even tho they have seen the outcome and witnessed what happened. It’s so disappointing to brag about your quality.

I arrived to this hairsalon for a wash n blow dry with hair styling. They asked me to pay before having the service which was really bizarre. I never encountered this before and the two girls in the reception were arguing whether i have short or long hair while i was standing right in front of them!!!! I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed, but I came all the way so I thought whats the worst that could happen.

Unfortunately it is an overpriced when it comes to hair services. The girls working there, as far as my experience goes, are not professionals. A girl washed my hair didn’t even ask about water temperature or if i wanted coditioner. When she finished, I had to ask for a towel under my hair in order not to ruin my clothes! I waited for another girl to come and do my hair. No heat protectant serum nothing. I asked for a hair style and received a different thing. I was honestly exhausted to even speak up especially when I felt that they don’t care no one even offered me water while another customer was very welcomed with drinks. Overall, disappointing experience. I would say they are fast though, if you are in a hurry to get a blow dry. Mine was done in under 30 minutes so there’s that. But minus...

My experience here was okay but not great. I came in for a full haircut. I don’t speak Arabic but made sure to check with reception that my hairstylist would be able to communicate with me in English. The hairstylist was nice but did not speak English making it hard to explain what I wanted. Secondly, the service was very rushed for a haircut. There was no hair wash and the haircut was okay but isn’t 100% even. Lastly, the full haircut does not include a full blow dry so the top and front of of my hair was styled nicely but I was left with frizzy and not styled hair in the back. The price was reasonable compared to other salons but the experience was lacking and I have never left a salon with half...
