Dunkin — Restaurant in Al Maathar Municipality

Time 06:37pm, Extremely extremely Bad behaviour by server, I consider this place as my second workplace and I like to sit here often and enjoy my coffee, but this guy disappointed me with his aggressive tone, With ALLAH fear I was not willing to launch complaint but its limit… first he prompted in discussion, we said this is not the way and he said I am alone in the store so then purposely went out for throwing garbage then went upstairs and he let us wait in front of counter.,,

I wish I couldn’t come today but tomorrow sure I will come to enjoy my coffee in different time bcoz i don’t want to see him again.

Place is a 5 put of 5 Donuts 5 out of 5 Cappuccino 1 out of 5 and i am being generous

However sadly the cappuccino is horrible, it was more like a latte even though I did ask him extra extra foam and i made it very clear to the barista (cant remember his name but he seems like a muscular fella) not to mention his attitude is sadly not good at all.

I would like to come here more often however I believe managment needs to sort this employee and teach him some manners and more importantly skills in making coffee.
