We are regular customer of Albaik but this is the worst experienced ever we had , in this BRANCH. . The Cashier is very rude and no manners i dont know why Al baik Company let this kind of worker , work in this shop .. i work for in food industry for many Years so i know how to talk and handle customer properly but this guy should have a disciplinary action.. he don't know how to talk in nice way and respect customer.. we order BBQ burger double baik burger ice cream and 4pcs of chicken , then we pay after that he told us that the order willt take around 20 to 25 mins .. my wife just ask him if all the product will take that time or only the chicken or the burger .. so when he told my wife only the burger my wife ask me if we still order the burger or the chicken then he interupt us by saying Fast fast taking order is only 30seconds so i decided to talk to him that can you please wait for few seconds ? I'm talking to my wife for only 5 to 10 seconds so i decided to cancel the order and take my money back and record our conversation with this very rude no manners and unprofessional worker MD IRSHAD ALAM on his nameplate

I was genuinely looking forward to my visit to Al Baik, having heard so much about their famous fried chicken. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations.
To begin with, the preparation time was excessively long. I waited over [insert actual time if known] minutes for a relatively simple order. While I understand that busy hours can lead to delays, there was no clear communication or apology from the staff regarding the wait. Customers around me also appeared frustrated, indicating that this isn't an isolated issue.
What made matters worse was the behavior of some of the staff. When I politely inquired about my order, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response. There was no courtesy, no effort to assist or explain—just attitude. As a customer, basic respect and transparency go a long way, and sadly, neither was offered.
Al Baik may have built a strong reputation for its food, but customer service is just as important. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and provides better training for the staff. The food may still be worth a visit for some, but be prepared for a potentially frustrating experience if service standards are...

The fish burger was the first item ready on the table, when the whole order was ready I requested Saeed to change the fish burger because it has been to long on the table for about 30min I think, Saeed rejected my request so I turned to a guy with a red hat because he is the supervisor and I demanded the same request and similarly the supervisor rejected, but the supervisor had a very bright mind and said to me that "where is it written on the burger box that it was ready 20min ago", and the I asked him are you stupid?, then he replied with an insult which I didn't expect from a supervisor he said to me "you are stupid".
