Impact Beauty Salon - Al Takhassusi Brunch — Local services in Al Maathar Municipality

I had an appointment at 4 pm came at 3:30 had to wait close to 30 min to only wash my hair, adding to that a professional didn’t wash my hair the maid did, her washing was okay was expecting better, I cut my hair layering the layering I would say nothing better then if I were to cut the my hair I waited another 40 or more to only cut my hair, when it finally came my turn she was only finished with half and walked away to help another customer there is only 1 worker that cuts hair there were around maybe 4 customers, the blow drying she only did my bangs and front hair and let the back not styled. She left half of my hair undone. Over all we had to wait close to an 1 and a half considering we came before our appointment and were told that we had to come early, I wouldn’t go again if they handed me a million dollars the waiting was very unpleasant and there styling needs work how they cut hair is fine not worth what I paid for. The salon hides their price menu behind the desk and tell you that the prices are “verbal” so as to give them leeway to overcharge you.

I just got my hair dyed at the new location in Kingdom mall, i loved everything in this place. From the reception, to Darin that dyed my hair, to fatenha that styled it and dyed it too. The place is soo classy, clean, fancy. Such a nice lcoation with the most welcoming staff, they constantly refilled my coffee and kept asking if there were any additional services i needed.
