Very disappointed on my first visit to the salon. I have contacted customer service to book a hair cut appointment and explained exactly what and how I want my hair they recommended violetta.. I came to my appointment and explained to “the hair specialist” how I want my hair to be cut. She refused and said she only cut short hair pointy and that’s her style!!!! How come a hair specialist doesn’t know how to accommodate different face shapes!! I was contacted by the receptionist later to book an appointment with jadi.. I came a couple of days later fully paid for the services but my experience was much better. The salon has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind.

Since they operate by appointment only and don’t accept walk-ins, the space remains peaceful—ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, especially after a long, hectic day.

The pricing is on the higher side compared to other salons, but if budget isn’t a concern, I would highly recommend this place.
