The food was good but the service was one of the worst I have ever witnessed in my life. The restaurant is obviously in decline when it comes to service. I took my family after my brother’s graduation and really regretted that decision so much. We were confronted with an unbearable Filipino manager who spoke in a disrespectful manner with customers as well as the staff, such an unfortunate seen that a saudi worker/server is disrespected like that in his own country by a foreigner and in front of everyone to witness. I was absolutely disgusted by that and will never step foot in that restaurant again. That same guy you foolishly appointed as manager was telling us that we should order fast because the kitchen closes at 12:30 when that time at the very moment was few minutes past 11:30. He also tried to seat us at any random table of his choice when the entire restaurant is literally empty is another mind boggling incompetence in the world of what should be a high-end restaurant experience. And don’t get me started on him cutting me off while speaking. Overall, our night was less joyful because of what happened and all I can do as a customer is not to show up in your restaurant again, but rest assured that we’re not the only group of people who noticed how shockingly inadequate your service is, just go look at your reviews on Google. What a disappointment! What an embarassment! I went once to Suhail and loved the food and ambiance. In this trip, I was hosting a VIP for iftar and thought of Suhail immediately based on my previous experience. iftar buffet was soooo poor. Very few variety. I understand they are specialty cuisine but for iftar better diversification needed service was abysmal. No one picked the dirty place, no waiter checked on us, we were on a small table and were helpless. Horrible service food taste is good to be fair but with the limited options we didnt enjoy iftar for hospitality outlets, they definitely need a different manager. His attitude and managing the place in a busy season are poor. for the food and service, it is too expensive and poor of an iftar
