Dreamscape — Attraction in Municipality of Al Shamal

I recently visited Dreamscape for the third time with two friends and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.

Unexpected Group Size: We were surprised to find two other people in our game, making a total of five. We expected a private experience or at least a heads-up that we’d be sharing the session.

Rude Staff Interaction: One of my friends couldn’t hear anything, and when she brought it up to the employee, he was quite rude, suggesting she could just play without sound. After some insistence, he finally changed her headset and restarted the game.

Technical Issues: Shortly after starting, I encountered a problem where I could only see four white balls instead of the game. Despite repeatedly notifying the employee, he ignored my concerns, saying everything looked fine on his screen. When I offered my headset for him to check, he procrastinated and suggested restarting would negatively affect others’ experiences.

Poor Customer Service:When I asked for a refund due to these issues, the employee refused and only offered a single-use coupon for a future visit. I declined, as I did not want to play alone.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I hope they improve their customer service and communication...

My wife and I went to Dreamscape today for the first time and booked Men In Black. We booked 8:45, started on time once we "boarded" and we were out by 9:05. I do think prep could take a little longer if there were more people with us. The pod we were in took 6 people, but my wife and I had this one to ourselves.

It was a ton of fun - the Arabic language with the Egyptian accent (not dialect) is hilarious, really nice touch. There were English subtitles too.

The graphics were lovely. The spacing, sensors, vibration were all accurate to the touch and matched the storyline perfectly.

Sultana was lovely in helping us get our "gear" on/off as well. We had a backpack, a sensor for each shoe/foot and one for each hand, as well as a massive VR goggle/helmet set.

Overall it was a lovely experience. 10/10 would recommend and we can't wait to come back for the...

الانطباعات الأولية ان الموظفين مالهم خلق ومن أسلوبه تحس ان التجربة مملة، بالرغم انه VR وبلا شك انها تجربة لا بد تُجرب!

ولكن برغم برود الموظف، وبناءً على تقييمات الفرع العالية، قمنا بحجز تجربة.

تجربة المستخدم لحجز التجربة سيئة بعد الدفع، حيث يتطلب من كل واحد تعبئة بياناته من الايميل والاسم وتاريخ الميلاد… كيف هذه متعلقة بالتجربة غير اخذ المعلومات علماً بان لا يوجد خانه او سياسة مرتبطة لحفظ خصوصية البيانات!

ولمن لا يجيد التقنية، قد يواجه صعوبة..

وأخيراً، توقع على عهدة تنازل عن اي ضرر وهذه خوفتني حبتين حيث ان التجربة VR وبالملاهي ما يتطلبون عهدة في ركب الRollercoaster مثلاً علما بان التجربة هذيك اخطر من ناحية الاجهزة اليدوية، وبالمقابل الVR فقط نظارات واقع افتراضي وشنطة 😅😅

لا مانع، دخلنا وسجلنا أصحابي وقامت المنسقة أمجاد -مشكورةً- باعلامنا بالتعليمات والتحضير، ولبسنا المستلزمات الكافية ودخلنا على ساحة العالم الافتراضي..

بعد مرور حوالي ٦ دقائق، علقت الأجهزة بسبب خارج سيطرة الإدارة ووقفت علينا التجربة بخطاءٍ في الأجهزة وضاع مننا الوقت..

اعتذروا وودنونا عند غرفة ثانية، وهناك كل شيء كان على ما يرام جيداً.

التجربة لا بأس فيها، ولقد كانت مخذلة صراحةً بسبب قلة التفاعلية. افضل ان تسمى بفيلم في تجربة الواقع الافتراضي ليكون ادق، لان فقرة التفاعل لا تزيد عن ٣ دقائق والحركة تكون من اليمين واليسار فقط على دبابات افتراضية..

بالأخير، رجعنا الاجهزة وشكرونا المنسقين وسألوا عن تجربتنا وكان حريصين على التقييم..

وهنا اقول ان التجربة كانت جيدة، وللتحسين لا بد من اضافة وبرمجة فقرات تفاعلية اكثر وإضافة تنوع في المحتوى وزيادة جودة خدمة العملاء للتشويق والتحفيز لا من الانطباع الأولي حسيت انه لا يستحق التجربة من الاستقبال!

أوصي زيارة هذه المكان تحديداً للأطفال حيث ان ستكون تجربة رائعة...
