I paid for a french manicure and regular colour for pedicure - 70 sar without cleaning. The technician is lovely, but the quality of the nail polish is horrible. I have never seen any establishment call themselves a nail spa with such limited choices of colour, below average brands for nail polish, and very old polish that are stringy and leave bubbles and thick texture on the nails. I have asked for a refund as I did not complete the service and was told that I cannot receive a refund. I have been waiting for over half an hour in the salon (still currently here as I type this) for the issue to be resolved but have not gotten any sort of compensation whatsoever. I am WhatsApping management (yes, management is unavailable to speak to in the salon) and have been told to wait. Waiting to be offered a glass of water, but it seems like common decency does not exist in this establishment. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Best place in town if you want to be pampered, the place is spacious , super elegant and clean . I did head detox with the beautiful (Zainab) as I read good reviews about her and guess what? She did not disappoint! She had the most delicate hand and this is exactly what I have been looking for! I did so many scalp detox before, but I always had an issue with rough hands as they tend to scratch your scalp or pull your hair strongly but this experience was totally different! After I’m done, they left the cold treatment on my hair and went down stairs with (Najat) who’s also was so adorable and considerate, she continued massaging my hair as I was setting on the massage chair and having my coffee💆🏻‍♀️

The price was about 345 Riyals but it was worth every single bit of it! They make you feel like you’re a celebrity!

Has to be my worst salon experience ever,

I wanted to get weekly lashes for an event they used cluster kiss lashes with regular lash glue without cleansing the eyes and lashes and without any preparation whatsoever therefore the lashes fell out the next morning not even 24 hours later.

For nails I only wanted press on nails with regular manicure, the tools that were used were not clean she used the same gloves for everything without changing them and dipped her already used gloves in a jar of hand cream and put it on my hands without her changing the gloves, I removed the press on Nails a few days after and my nails were green because of the unsanitary tools that were used, cause I have never had a problem with press on nails before.

I am in the medical field and I am very educated on infection prevention and control and I have not seen it practiced there at all.
